Brand new RV / Glamping resort, located on the bank of the Virgin River. 20 minutes drive to Zion National Park. Access to pool and spa. We slept in the "standard" wagon: stilized Wild West wagons with 2 queen size beds and small bath. Everything is brand new and clean: whole resort seens to be freshly opened. Propan grill and firepit in front of the wagon available with nice view. Very comfortsble beds.
The wagon is rather small, and it is really ment to sleep, not to spend time inside. Since we spent most of the time in ZNP, it wasn't problem to us at all. As far as I noticed other, bigger spaces are available as well.

It was quaint, unique, and had a great view. Even though we didn't have a unit with a cookout station, I thought that was very cool. I also liked the sound of the wind rustling on the canvas.
We couldn't figure out the ac unit and nearly froze to death. Plus we couldn't figure out how to turn off the tv. The last thing that I would say is that the shower experience left a little to be desired.
