About this house rental
Let our beautiful new townhome in the heart of Springdale be your vacation center for your trip to southern Utah and Zion National Park. The 1200 square foot townhome has a living room, kitchen, dining room, 2 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. Out townhome can accommodate 4 guests. Each bedroom has a queen bed. It is less than 400 feet to the nearest shuttle stop. We are next to the town market. It is a short walk to shopping and restaurants. Our townhome is less than one mile from the parks main entrance. The 1200 square foot townhome has a living room, kitchen, dining room and half bath on the first floor. On the second floor there are two master suites, one of which has a balcony so you can enjoy the upcanyon views. Amongst the amenities to assist your stay are:

Very nice place to stay close to Zion National Park entrance. Easy walk to nearby shuttle stop. Great to have washer/dryer for laundry. Has everything you need for a great stay.

A beautiful spot, surrounded by mountains and house had everything we needed. Very comfortable stay and location was perfect with supermarket just a minute walk away.

We had a fantastic stay!! The location could not be better - snuggled into the canyon with amazing views from the lower and upper balconies, and all the restaurants and shops, and the shuttle stop is right there! The location cannot be beat. The house itself is new, comfortable, has all the conveniences and beautiful little touches like laundry detergent, shampoo and conditioner, and coffee and sugar ready to use. Truly, this is the place to stay. We would come back in a heartbeat.
