This beautiful apartment has 1 bedroom, 1 bath and a kitchenette/living room. The location offers spectacular views of Zion Canyon. The apartment will sleep 5 adults. The bedroom has 1 king size bed 1 queen size bunkbed set. The living room has a fold out sofa sleeper with memory foam mattress. The kitchen is well stocked with appliances, full size private washer/dryer. You will find anything you need for your stay.
Conveniently located only 0.1 mile from the southwest entrance of Zion National Park! Skip the car parking hassle during your stay. (1 parking spot included with booking additional parking spots $50/day) A short walk across the street takes you into the park and the visitor center, the nearest shuttle stops are located next door and across the street. Walk to great shops, art galleries, fabulous Zion National Park and CHARMING Springdale, Utah. The apartment has a private residential entrance located on the second floor above a Subway restaurant and coffee shop.
Springdale has been named by Forbes Traveler among one of the 20 'prettiest towns' in the United States in 2008. It is also one of fastest growing tourist destinations in the United States, with 4 million people visiting Zion National Park each year. So close you can see the entrance from the room. The large windows in the bedroom/sitting room area looked out towards Zion so we had a great view and you get to people watch anyone coming into Subway :). Clean and comfortable. Promo parking space. Great view. The top bunk is pretty close to the ceiling so be aware if you have an adult planning to sleep up there. The chairs, couch, and beds were comfy. There are separate AC units for each room so the temperature was good. Water shower pressure was good. Well stocked kitchen. Lamps and dimming light options made for a home like atmosphere. Unique and smells like fresh bread all day. Can’t be beat.

As advertised this apartment is the closest you can get to the park! We loved not having to worry about parking. The beds were comfortable and finding enough sleeping space for 6 can be challenging so I was happy to find this apartment. Loved having washer and dryer and well stocked supplies so no need to bring your own!
The reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because this place is pretty loud at night when the wind whips the awning outside the windows. It sounds like construction trucks or something and it lasts all night long. I would consider this if you are sensitive to noise.

1. Ideal location to Zion, easy walk to2. Since apt was above a subway restaurant there were some issues:- some subway noise issues. Relatively quiet after 9pm once subway closed. - subway smell issues in apt while subway open 3. Apt:- bathroom had fishy smell- water taste issue- One night had gusty winds that caused constant banging until wind died down- parking instructions somewhat unclear.
