About this apartment rental
Wake up across the street from Zion National Park. This second-floor apartment sits above town in Springdale, about 0.1 mile from the southwest entrance and visitor center. Walk over, skip the car line, and catch the free Zion Canyon shuttle across the street, or the town shuttle next door.
The apartment is a full unit to yourselves: one bedroom, one bath, kitchenette, and living room, with canyon views. Sleeps up to 5.

• Studio: Kitchenette with induction cooktop and microwave/oven
• Full-size private washer and dryer
• Air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and rooftop patio
• Private residential entrance on the second floor
Below the building: Subway, a coffee shop, and Slice of Zion Pizza. The other two apartments are on VRBO as 685116 and 695631.
New shared rooftop deck for the three apartments. Cable rail, dining table, lounge chairs, and a sectional, with the canyon walls in front of you. Use it for coffee, a group dinner, or stargazing. Shared space, not private to one unit.
One parking spot is included. Extra spots are $50 a day and go fast in season, so book them if you need them. Most of the stay can be done on foot: park entrance, shuttle, shops, galleries, and restaurants.

Close to park and was in a great location. Room had hairs on the comforter and hairs in the shower. Deck was nice to sit on at night

Great host- very attentive. Excellent location. Our family of four had plenty of room. Walking distance to the Zion Visitor’s center. Definitely staying here. The second story deck was amazing to watch the sunrise and sun set. It was also fun to watch all the cars line up to get into Zion knowing we could walk five minutes and be in the park. We didn’t have to worry about the hassle of parking our car.

Initial communication was great. I received an email giving instructions for check in, check out and a message that I needed to send my vehicle information to the host to avoid being towed. I responded with that information 24 hours to our check in and asked a couple questions. We stayed two nights and the host never responded to my questions that I sent prior to check in. I am not sure what happened, but I try not to assume the worst of people. The check in instructions were very specific about parking in the designated spot for the rented apartment, however on our second day we had driven into Zion and parked at the visitor center and when we returned to our designated spot someone else was parked in there. We asked the subway employee what to do and they said talk to the man in the white truck in the parking lot. He told us he sold that spot and gave us a visitor tag to hang in our car. It all worked out, but a little frustrating that the instructions were very specific that we park only in that spot and then it was “sold”. The bunkbed beds were not made upon our arrival, which was odd compared to every other place I have stayed. It is a GREAT location for Zion. It was clean and the pictures are a true representation.
