Welcome to Martin's Landing, a stunning waterfront retreat, a very large and spacious 4-bedroom home designed for the ultimate getaway. While offering a peaceful retreat, the home is also conveniently located near local attractions, dining, and outdoor options.
Come enjoy the beauty and bounty of Southern Maryland including the Chesapeake Bay, beaches, rivers, golf courses, wineries, marine museums and more.
The house is appointed with space, luxury and comfort in mind. This spacious and elegantly decorated property is perfect for families, groups, or anyone looking for a memorable stay. Enjoy modern amenities, beautiful decor, and an ideal location for exploring the best that Southern Maryland has to offer. A fully equipped gourmet kitchen features all the cookware and utensils you need to prepare delicious meals. The adjacent dining area seats twelve, making it perfect for family meals. Offering multiple sitting areas to suit every need. The main living area is perfect for gathering with family and friends. The game table is a fun and entertaining space with a view of the river --perfect for both kids and adults to enjoy. Step outside to enjoy morning coffee, alfresco dining, or simply relax in the serene surroundings.
Please note that we provide a starter supply of coffee, toilet paper and paper towels to start your vacation.
Located on historic St. Leonard's Creek, Martin’s Landing, offers stunning sunsets and relaxing and quiet mornings. It is an easy 70-90 minute drive from Washington, DC and Annapolis areas. It is a 20 minute drive to Solomon’s Island -- where you can explore the Calvert Marine Museum, the boardwalk, the Tiki Bar, the sculpture garden and much more.
Recently listed and fully remodeled, this beautiful waterfront offers 4 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms. The kitchen, breakfast table, counter and living area are open concept. With several seating areas, guests can spend time all together or spread out and enjoy smaller groupings of seating, Two large smart-TVs are in the house for movie-nights. This airy, bright house has lots of natural light throughout! There is free high-speed WiFi in the house.
The gourmet kitchen is fully stocked and offers Thermador appliances and spacious counters, making Martin's Landing the ideal location to cook and relax with friends and family.
Two queen beds are in the spacious main-level bedroom. A main-level 1/2 bath is near the kitchen. Three more large bedrooms are upstairs so the house offers guests privacy during their stay. Every bedroom has its own bathroom ensuite as well as plenty of closet and storage space
The upstairs primary bedroom has a river view, a private den area with a television to lounge or to work.
Martin's Landing faces west and offers fabulous sunset views across the Saint Leonard Creek. The spacious private dock is the perfect place to launch your water toys, sip on your morning coffee and evening beverage, or read a book lounging in the breeze -- all while listening to the sounds of nature. Osprey, Bald Eagles and Great Blue Heron are regulars on the Creek.
For the times you don't feel like cooking, Martin's Landing is a 5-minute walk to Vera's Restaurant and Marina. Or hop in your car and enjoy the local restaurants in Lusby and Solomon's Island.
Books and games are in the house for you to use. Additionally, 4 kayaks, 2 bicycles and a paddle board are provided for guests to enjoy. Very Important note: There is no lifeguard. You swim, kayak, paddle board at your own risk. Please properly stow away water toys after use. Lifejackets are provided and required when on the water!
A complete picnic basket is in the kitchen pantry for you to use and enjoy at the local beaches, parks or on the dock. Please be sure to clean, dry and return all the items to the basket for the next guests to use.

We had a great time enjoying the view and family time. I hosted dinner for 14 people and loved the large table!The host was very responsive and fabulous to work with.

No crabs at for 4 days of our stay, not fault of owner. Owner was readily in touch and allowed us to stay 1 hr late from checkout however she accused me of over staying for several hours and threatened to call sheriff's office if property was not vacated immediately via telephone call ( she left angry message). I learned about this after the fact. She didnt realized I still have one day to stay, we only left to go to museum. She found out on her own that she made a mistake and apologized via email. But hurtful things were said and done. I didnt even asked to be reimbursed in the gas tank i have to buy as it was empty not to mention it was dirty and we have to clean it. House was gorgeous was it was also expensive! If there were crabs i would'nt mind the other inconveniences and bad rap from owner.
