Relaxing getaway at Outrigger w/ plenty of space sleeping up to 21

This was for the Eagleman. Everyone complimented the property and it helped to make this weekend with family (3 generations) a more memorable one. Thank you.

Great house, near water. Very accommodating host. Big enough for all 7 of us. Comfortable. Walk to the water was great! Lots of room to park 5 cars. Unfortunately it rained so we didn’t have the opportunity to use the fire pit but we definitely would have.

Located on a beautifiul countryside road, this home had everything we needed for our stay. It was the perfect location for privacy and rest during our visit for the annual Ironman event, yet close enough to all of the necessary conveniences of town. The home was more spacious than shown in the photos. We would highly encourage others to make this home their quiet get-away. We loved the grill off the back porch, and even though we didn't have time to enjoy it, the fire pit area is a delightful bonus. Kelly was the helpful and friendly person to care for everything, especially when you are in a new place. We would love to have the opportunity to return!

Kelly, the property manager, was great, and the property was very clean, which is particularly important to us in the time of COVID-19. But the pictures on VRBO were out of date, so our expectations were different than the reality. One of the AC units was not working correctly, and Kelly was unable to correct the problem during our holiday weekend stay, though she did provide fans to try and keep us comfortable. She did make sure we had enough seating at the table for our family of 7, and the fire pit was an unexpected bonus. She was also very nice to our small grandson and our dogs. This home is also very close to the Swan Cove maintenance facility. While all the staff were very respectful of our privacy, it was a little disconcerting. Overall we were disappointed in the house, but not with the service of the staff.
