About this house rental
The accommodations are very comfortable and relaxing. The swing on the porch is a great place for watching wildlife or the sunrise.
There is a full-size kitchen for preparing meals. Pots and pans, as well as dishes, silverware and glassware are provided. Paper products available too! Great time for friends to visit and enjoy their time together in this quiet countryside. We have 2 bedrooms available each with a queen bed. There is a Jack & Jill bath between the bedrooms with a shower.
Our nightly rate is based on 4 people and is $20 per additional person per night. Two queen beds will accommodate 4 people but we do have a very comfortable queen air bed that we can provide should there be an additional person or two (maximum 6). Please note that we will need notification of any additional people prior to arriving.
NOTE: If there are more people than what is registered, there will be a $20 per person charge per night and host must be notified. There is no charge for children 2 and under. We also allow small - medium size dogs (less than 40lbs) (up to 2) with a $100 pet fee per stay. All dogs must be kept on a leash outside of the house (not on porch!!). They must not get on furniture, kept in a crate when unattended and must be on flea treatment and groomed. Additional charges may be incurred if pet chews rugs, furniture, etc. , sheds excessively, soils inside the house and/or has fleas. This causes us to have housekeepers do more than our already strenuous cleaning. Dogs should be quiet, calm and under control at all times. (THANK YOU)
We only allow bookings for 25+ years old.
The Homeowner is not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occur while on the premises or its facilities.
By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that the guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premises.
This house has a septic system. PLEASE BE GENTLE. Do not flush any feminine products or non-degradable items down the toilet and dispose of kitchen grease in the trash when cool. Sink does not contain a garbage disposal! Please discard food and/or grease in the trash.
Fresh linens can be provided for stays longer than 3 days on request for guests to change. Otherwise there will be an additional fee.
Smoking is not allowed
No loud noises after 10 pm
Be respectable to neighbors. We are remote, so it's quiet and sound travels easily and far.
