Darling house in charming neighborhood provided us with the perfect overnight location as we traversed the Southwest. We enjoyed our overnight stay at the Kinsleigh House! It was the perfect spot for myself, my husband, our 17 month old daughter and our dog. I feel like the pictures of the house don’t do it justice - it’s so much nicer in person! We were very impressed with how nicely it was decorated (there was even a pretty Christmas tree) and how clean it was. Beds were comfortable. The house had everything that we needed and was in a great location - quiet neighborhood. Sabrina was such a great host and always very quick to respond. We will be returning in the future for sure!

Very charming house with a secure fenced area for my dogs. I felt comfortable & safe while my residence in Kerrville was under construction. My host, Sabrina was very friendly & worked with me in extending my stay. I much appreciated. Unfortunately, during my stay the city was replacing waterlines, streets were torn up, lots of detours, but that is not a reflection on the property.

2nd review, but want to make sure this unit gets the attention it deserves so the owners get plenty of bookings, and I can keep coming back. I frequent Kerrville, and have tried numerous units in this price range. For me, this is the best one as it checks all the boxes: big modern TV, recliner seats, couch, good kitchen, good A/C, nice bathroom, and a driveway. Plenty of light in the house, and on a quiet well shaded street. The neighbors are nice and friendly as well, and great location, stones throw from all my favorite spots.

We enjoyed our weekend in this very nice, homey cottage. It was clean and nicely decorated for the season (pumpkins here and there), and had a nice seating area out back with lights. The beds were comfy, the kitchen and bathroom clean, and there was a washer and dryer in case you need to do some washing. Restaurants and stores are within minutes of this home. We also very much appreciate the owners allowing our fur babies to come along with us. Communication with them was great - quick, responsive, and friendly. Highly recommended!
