Absolutely amazing place. Couldn't ask for anything better. The space is enormous for a holiday rental, much bigger than the pictures make it seem. And it is incredibly well stocked - everything you could possibly need has been thought of. It is clear that Nicole and François take great care in offering guests a stress-free stay.Wonderful terrace with a great view over the canal - we ate all our meals outside in the sun. Perfect location too - right in the centre of town, 2 minutes walk to the market, restaurants and shops all around. We have already booked again for next year. Five stars, would recommend!

We had a lovely week in Sete. The apartment was great: clean, comfortable and well equipped, with a wonderful terrace overlooking the Quai Royal. It is centrally located, with lots of restaurants, bars and supermarkets in the vicinity.Communication and check-in with Nicole was straightforward.Tres bien

Wonderful place to stay in central Sete, directly above the Canal Royal. Modern well-equipped and light, with comfortable concealed balcony on which to dine and relax. Third floor, so be prepared to climb. But definitely worth it.

This property was charming, well-appointed, and had as good a location as possible, overlooking the central canal. There was a generous patio which we did not take advantage of very much because the weather was still cool in March. Nicole was a wonderful host. We’ll be back!
