Apartment on the 1st floor of a detached house with courtyard and garden.

1 bedroom: bed 180x190cm, (adjustable 2X 90x190), bedside tables, 1 fan, clothes rack. Dressing table, shelves.
Sheets are provided for all beds.
Living room, 1 pull-out sofa bed (2x80x190cm).
TV TNT channels, fan, large window with shutter overlooking the garden, double curtains obscuring the porch area equipped with armchairs and extending the living room.
Shower room, walk-in shower, WC, window with roller shutter. Towels and beach towels are provided.
Kitchen: large window overlooking the canal, 1 round table, chairs, hood, stove with 1 electric plate and 3 gas, electric pyrolysis oven, refrigerator, coffee maker and Nespresso, kettle, crockery, dishes and various pans.
Household utensils, 1 vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board, drying rack in the garden.
Washing machine and dishwasher
Towels and tablecloths are provided.

The city center of Sète, is about 600m, 10 minutes walk, and near bus stops.
The beautiful beach of the Corniche is less than 10 minutes by car and bus.
You can go hiking, excursions, water sports, scuba diving and tennis. Thalassotherapy center in Balaruc les bains.

Maison bien située en écart du centre ville avec tout le nécessaire. Les photos ne rendent pas hommage à la location. Micheline est une hôte attentive qui s occupe avec passion de son jardin. La maison est idéale nous avions assez de place pour 4 adultes. A bientôt Micheline.

Nous avons passé quatre très beaux jours dans la maison du figuier.
Très bel appartement claire, tranquille avec vue sur le canal.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans la maison au figuier le cadre était sympa et la propriétaire également. La maison est spacieuse le rapport qualité prix est excellent. Nous avons apprécié l'accueil et l'enthousiasme de la propriétaire qui nous a guidé sur les endroits à visiter. Les couchers de soleil sur le bassin de Thau étaient magnifiques.
