Top Level: This level, which features a great room that showcases expansive ocean views, beautiful hardwood floors, top-of-the-line décor and furnishings, a gas fireplace, and an abundance of windows overlooking the great Atlantic, will please everyone in your group! The kitchen offers plenty of space for preparing large family meals to be enjoyed at the dining table and also overlooks the ocean. In addition, there is a wet bar for preparing evening cocktails!
There is a beautiful king master suite on the top level as well! Morning coffee, happy hour, and all meals can be enjoyed on the west side screened porch offering a table with 8 chairs!
Mid-level: This level offers 4 more master bedrooms, 2 with kings and a queen with handicapped-friendly features! There is a den that offers a second gathering space for those who want to enjoy the game on the large-screen TV and grab a cold one out of the mini-fridge! All of the bedrooms are stunningly decorated with private bathrooms! Very accessible beach access with a dune top bench and a conveniently located outside shower! This home is kid-friendly! Bed and bath linens and bed-making are included year-round!
Extras include a BBQ grill, plenty of outdoor furniture, stereo with CD player, DVD player, TVs, keyless entry, private walkway with dune top bench, and 5 master bedrooms!

Beautiful home situated directly by the ocean. Fantastic views of the sunrise. Fully stocked with ample room and tastefully decorated. The extra parking space was especially appreciated.

This is probably the 4th time we have rented Mio-Sea and will probably do it again is 2026 if it's available.
The only issue is getting to the beach using their walk and path . It's so covered with sand you have to use the cities public walk and that's no picnic either.
My comments is for the owner. I would have LED bulbs in all light fixtures and motion switches in all bathrooms because people don't turn off lights.

Can't say enough good about Shoreline OBX. The staff, the process, the house....all of it. Couple of small hiccups along the way; just enough to show me how well oiled the machine is and prepared to handle things. (very small; like I couldn't get my door code to work to get in; I think it was me! Called the office; they walked me right through it; like they were waiting for my call.) Always pleasant on the phone! Great people to work with; we are coming back next year; already booked. Miss you already OBX; see you soon....

We all did enjoy the beautiful home, views, mattresses, kitchen, and great family spaces including large seating dining room. But most disappointing to us was how difficult the beach access was. We rented one with an elevator due to my MIL with mobility problems/heart problems. She was unable to go to the beach and other adults had difficulty returning over the dune. It also mentions a community pool in the description but no offer or info left for us about a pool. Everything seemed in working order except the small fridge on 2nd floor which would have been nice to store waters. Overall a good experience.
