The Beach nourishment has widened the beach views. Expansive ocean views and luxury at its finest await you at this stunning oceanfront home! Easy beach access via the gate in the pool area leading straight to the beach walkway! You have direct access to the sound when you cross over Highway 12.
Top level: The open floor plan boasts plenty of dining room seating and a fully equipped kitchen ready to take on any meal you need during your stay! Two dishwashers are available for your convenience, and the chef in your family will be pleased with the top-of-the-line appliances! There is island seating for 4 and the seating at the dining room table is roomy enough for 10, so all can enjoy an Outer Banks family dinner. You can also surround yourself with ocean breezes and tranquility while relaxing in the elegant furnishings in the Great Room and taking in the unobstructed ocean views! Spend a cozy evening relaxing in front of the gas fireplace, or share morning coffee or evening cocktails on the open sundeck while whale watching or looking for dolphins! A luxurious king master suite on this level with a garden tub, too!
Middle level: This level features 2 king master suites with full bathrooms, a queen master suite with a full bathroom, and a den with a daybed with a trundle for the 6th sleeping area!
Bottom level: you will be awestruck by the luxurious sights. This level provides the perfect balance of entertainment, relaxation, and fun. The Game Room provides ample room for socializing and entertaining! The Pool Table will offer hours of friendly competition, and you won't have to go upstairs for refreshments since the kitchenette has a wet bar, a full-size refrigerator, and a microwave. Also on this level is the fantastic theatre room where you can make many memories watching movies from the big comfy theatre chairs on the Big Screen! We have stayed at a few oceanfront properties in Duck but this home was by far the closest to the ocean, just steps from the beach and access is right beside the home. Parents with young children would love this feature! The beds were comfy, the living, dining room and kitchen space roomy. The theatre room made watching football and movies a delight though reclining stadium seating would be ideal for us 'old' folks (hehe). Shoreline was amazing to work with and the owner even had a Christmas tree and sprinkles of Christmas waiting for us! Thank you so much for making our family vacation the best!!!!

We spent the last two weeks here and cannot say enough how wonderful this home is! Perfect beach house - breathtaking views from the kitchen. We have two small children so the top floor open concept was perfect for us and they loved the movie room!! Definitely would recommend. Also the property management was excellent to work with!

Our group of friends spend a week every year in the puter banks. We usually stay in a different house and location each time. However, we cant stay anywhere else now that weve stayed at this house! Location outstandingHouse clean and well appointedElevator is a bonus especially for check in and outWe had two movie nights in the theatre room, so funWe loved relaxing in the jacuzziThe highlight was the beach views feom the decks and the short walk to the most beautiful beach!Nearby reataurants are really good too!Love, love, love this place!

Overall, the location of the property is ideal, particularly for large families with little kids. Back and forth to the beach for naps is easy. It’s close to so many beautiful dining options. The location is perfect.
However, the cleanliness of the house was lacking and the degree of luxury one might expect from a house like this was definitely not there.
There was mold in the showers, dust all over the artificial plants, blinds and furniture and the beds were made with hospital grade sheets that in some rooms were put on inside out. Frankly we made the house exponentially cleaner than it was when we arrived.
The bedding is incredibly dated and honestly a little gross with stains in more than one place in more than one room.
Would we stay here again? We have been asking ourselves that since we pulled out. It’s hard to say. The location is so ideal it’s hard to say no but for the price, you should definitely be getting a greater attention to detail and level of luxury.
