Beautiful, bright, 42.53 sq m (462 sq ft) 1-bedroom apartment, fully renovated in 2018, located in the heart of the resort, close to shops and the Rodin market, on the 3rd and top floor. Facing the beach, it features a 2.84 sq m (30 sq ft) east-facing balcony furnished with a small outdoor set. The main room comprises a living room with a low sideboard, a table with 4 chairs, a wall-mounted TV, and a 140 cm (55 in) sofa bed. The open-plan kitchen is L-shaped and includes an induction hob, fridge-freezer, electric coffee maker, and microwave/grill. A utility room with a washing machine and cleaning kit is also provided. There is a separate bedroom with a 140 cm (55 in) bed and a wardrobe. The bathroom has a shower cubicle, a heated towel rail, a small wardrobe, and a separate WC. A vacuum cleaner is also included. The apartment is functional and attractively decorated. The building has no elevator. Enjoy breathtaking views of the sea and the Albères mountains, and is just 150 meters (590 ft) from the local market. Private parking at the residence, unsecured, at the foot of the building. NO PETS ALLOWED.
