Pretty T 2 in Saint Cyprien-plage 66750, seafront, facing south, (4 to 6 pers.) Ground floor of 40 m² between beach direct access and place all shops, market 2 times a week in the street of the residence, the port of St Cyprien is 600 meters by footpath and bike along the beach.
Free and secure parking for the car. Apartment completely renovated to date.
Possibility to leave bicycles outside in the enclosure of the building (closed by code) or in the lobby of the apartment.
In housing, it consists of a large entrance hall with washing machine. Apartment entrance, a bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. Suite room with a bunk bed, a sofa bed, table and chairs, flat screen TV and cabinet, air conditioning. Kitchen communicating with the room consists of a fridge-freezer, oven-microwave, ceramic hob two fires, coffee maker, toaster, cooker hood, sink tray, vacuum cleaner, various storage and all necessary dishes.
Finally a large bedroom with 2 people, cupboard and wardrobe.
A balcony facing south along the flat output and dining room is available for small lunched and other ... In all the accommodation you have free WIFI access.

Cleaning deposit: We ask for a check of household 150 € on the arrival and returned at the end of the stay after inventory of fixtures.
