LARGE STUDIO with Exceptional Sea View, facing East (4 people), on the 2nd floor without elevator.
Between the beach, direct access and the square for all shops, market twice a week in the street of the residence.
The port of St Cyprien is 600 metres away by pedestrian and cycle path along the beach. Free and secure parking for cars. (limited in summer)
Possibility to leave bicycles outside within the building (closed by code)
RENTAL FROM SATURDAY TO SATURDAY FROM THE LAST WEEK OF JUNE TO THE FIRST OF SEPTEMBER FOR LOGISTICAL REASONS.
On the level of the accommodation, it consists of a large entrance hall opening onto the living room with separate fully equipped kitchen.
The living room consists of a sofa (140x190), a large wardrobe with dressing room and bunk beds (2 times a place 90X190), table, chairs and flat screen TV.
In the kitchen, you will find a fridge-freezer, a microwave oven, hob, standard coffee maker, toaster, sink, vacuum cleaner, washing machine, various storage and all the necessary dishes.
Finally, you have the bathroom with shower, sink and toilet as well as all the necessary maintenance.
A balcony with a magnificent sea view, facing east, along the apartment, will allow you to contemplate the Mediterranean throughout your stay.
Bed linen and towels are not provided. There are blankets and pillows.

Appartement agréable avec vue sur la mer et les montagnes sur le côté. Endroit calme et reposant. Le petit plus, le marche au pied de l'immeuble
