Caspia being located just inside the gated community of the St. George Plantation allows guests access to multiple beach boardwalks, bicycle/walking/multi-use paths, nature trails, access to Bob Sikes Cut, fitness center, 2 Olympic sized swimming pools plus tennis and pickleball courts! Although in a secluded location, you are just 30 minutes by car to local restaurants, nightlife, St. George Lighthouse Museum and playground, fishing pier and State Park, historic Apalachicola's shops, restaurants and arts scene. Caspia truly delivers the best of the Forgotten Coast!
The first floor offers the majority of the sleeping quarters. Two primary bedrooms on the beach side of the property, 1 with king bed and the other with 2 queens, flat screen smart TVs, master bathrooms and deck access with comfortable seating and hammock. One king bedroom with a smart TV and 1 double over double bunk bedroom with a twin trundle, smart TV and DVD player. The shared hall bathroom located between the queen bedroom and bunk bedroom offers a double sink vanity. The stackable washer/dryer is located next to the shared hall bathroom.
The stairs take you up to our Grand Room, second (top) living floor that provides tons of open lounging and gaming space for you and your whole crew! Super comfy furniture throughout offers 360 degree spectacular views of the Gulf of Mexico! Our final primary bedroom with king bed, smart TV and full bathroom with shower/tub combination is located on our second (top) living floor, just off our living room.
The fully stocked well equipped kitchen offers tons of counter space with 4 barstools, stainless appliances and stand alone icemaker. The dining table offers nearly 10 seats (2 benches & 2 chairs) along with additional table for gaming or eating that seats 4. The living area offers a smart TV, 2 large decks (1 screened and 1 open) overlooking the sugar white sand beaches of the Gulf of Mexico. The couches are both pull out queen sleeper sofas for MOVIE night! Sleeping a total of 15 guests and pet friendly for up to 2 fur babies, Caspia is perfect for your WHOLE crew!

Our annual Thanksgiving trip to SGI was wonderful this year. Caspia exceeded all expectations and we hope to stay here again next year. Loved the layout, under house area was the perfect area to hang out! Kitchen had everything we needed to prepare our Thanksgiving dinner. Appreciated the kind voice on phone whenever we booked or had questions - forgot to get her name, but very helpful and kind!

We really enjoyed our stay at Caspia. The outdoor spaces are spectacular and very well done. The kitchen is among the most well stocked of any house we have ever rented on SGI (and we have been coming for 40 years). The living area is spacious and beautiful. It is an older house, so the bedrooms and baths are tiny, but that is to be expected and who goes to the beach to spend a lot of time there anyway? Great house, great experience, great staff! There is not much of a view, but a landscaping crew was scheduled to come on our last day (but was delayed by a storm) and that may fix that issue.
