Screened in porch is perfect for that morning cup of coffee or telling stories with the family. Downtown Union Pier is also just a short walk from your property.
The main floor has a spacious family room with big screen TV. For the cooler fall/winter weather, enjoy the wood burning fireplace. Fully stocked kitchen with eating nook for four. Also, a dining room area that seats six. Primary bedroom with king bed as well as en suite full bathroom. Laundry room and half bath also on first floor.
The second floor has two bedrooms each with a queen bed. Hallway full bathroom with shower.
