About this house rental
Great time of the year to make it to the sandy beaches on Lake Michigan. Ayres Beach House offers access to two beaches very close to the home. McKinley Beach and Miler Beach. One is 150 feet from the house, the other is 1/4 if a city block. Home sleeps 10, dog friendly, 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 2 are en suite. Additionally there is an out door shower so you don’t have to drag the beach sand back into the house with you. We have a beautiful fenced in yard and a fully landscaped 1/2 acre open yard for baseball, soccer, or just running around. We provide beach chairs, umbrellas, natural gas Weber Genesis Grill, new construction 2021. Read our many 5 star reviews. One of the bedrooms is a queen over queen bunk bed that can be used for adults but easily sleeps 4 children in the bunk room. You will not be disappointed. Weather outlook looks beach friendly. Fantastic location and clean, beautiful spaces. Open first floor kitchen and family room were perfect for family gatherings as was the large front porch. High ceilings and new fixtures in the kitchen and bathrooms gave the place a good feel. We also loved the fenced yard and quiet neighborhood. It was perfect for our extended family with small children. Walking distance from the beach and gelato shop were ideal. We will be back!! The hosts were responsive.
