Three Night Summer Minimum!
Right in the heart of Union Pier, we welcome you to Lakeside Villa! This five bedroom, three bath home is centrally located and close to everything in Harbor Country including downtown Union Pier. Just a short walk from several beach options as well (Townline and McKinley Beach). Roast s'mores under the stars with your outdoor firepit (shared with cottage) or rinse off the day's sand with your outdoor shower. Both a gas and charcoal grill for your cooking needs.
The main floor has three bedrooms, dining for six, fully stocked kitchen with island seating for four and breakfast table for four more. TV room as well as laundry room also on main floor.
The second floor equipped with two bedrooms, full bathroom, and additional TV room.
All the amenities you would expect in a quality rental including internet, Fire stick, washer/dryer, AC, gas grill, outdoor firepit, and more.
**Can be rented in conjunction with two-bedroom cottage to sleep 15 total.
**All Guests Required To Sign Our Guest Occupancy Agreement.
**Minimum Age of 25 Years Old To Rent.
**Maximum Four Car Parking.

Property was great, plenty of room for all of us. Location was great for beach access and made it easy to get places. Had an issue with the door code, after one quick phone call maintance was at the property and had the issue fixed in a timely manner.
Communication leading up to the trip. Answered questions that we asked and were very thorough on information.
