1. Pet Policy: **This property is NOT pet friendly. Please note: if we find an unauthorized pet in the home, we will ask for it to be removed immediately and charged an additional Non-Refundable fee of $500 and in some cases can be up to $1,000.
2. No Smoking: If any signs of smoking are documented, the renter agrees to pay a $200.00 / per day

We were pleasantly surprised at how nice this was. It was spotless, very well stocked and appointed. The little patio area behind the house almost got missed as we didn't know it was there. It was delightful. Location is very convenient and it was quiet. As we are frequently in Sarasota, this will be our go-to place from now on. The owners obviously take hosting seriously. Every effort was made to make it comfortable and enjoyable.

Everything looked exactly how it was on the app and was clean. Very close to restaurants, shopping and the beaches. It was the perfect place to get away and relax. The host was very responsive.
