My dad's house, Ed Smith Stadium, VFW Post were within a very short distance. They are all places i frequent since travelling to Sarasota the past 40 years. Lido Key I also enjoy and can also get there within a reasonable time,The neighborhood was confusing to me at first. Different types of homes but it was incredibly quiet and The Cottage was comfortable. Good amenities. No dishwasher or gas grill. The dishwasher wasn't a big deal for me as I was travelling alone but could be for larger groups.Communications with the property manager was top notch. Very responsive, friendly and professional. I had the pleasure also of meeting the home owners. Wonderful people that you can tell are making the effort to maintain and upgrade the property for the comfort of their guests.If you are a beach person on a budget, The Cottage is perfect as its not that far from the beach and you're not paying beachside prices.

Everything was exactly as announced as described. Three bedrooms, with very comfortable queen size beds. Close to everything in the Sarasota area. Sunning in backyard every morning with coffee was excellent. Thanks to our host. We did not need anything.

We enjoyed our stay. Everything was clean and location was close to everything we needed it to be close too. Neighborhood was quiet. Would stay here again if ever in the area!
