Pros: soft mattresses. Good internet connection and large tv. Was a good location for where we wanted to be. It is located right off of Tuttle so there is some Traffic noise but not bad. Cons: Would say the inside is due for a good deep clean. The windows and dining room lights had a nice accumulation of grime and the area carpet in living room had seen better days. Overall had a nice stay and would stay again

Exceptionally clean. Exactly as was posted in photos. Although close to busy street, was very quiet and in quiet neighborhood. Host very responsive. Why not 5 star? None of the bedrooms had a dresser or someplace to keep clothing. Did have closet, but no suitcase stand, so you have to be happy living out of suitcase on the floor. An inconvenience, but the house was fine.

This property is wonderful! Pictures are accurate- updated bathrooms, kitchen, washer and dryer. One street away from the fabulous Legacy Trail which is great for biking and walking. Baseball Spring training down the street - a 4 min drive.
Ryan is a very responsive host and provides extras that are not usually included. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay
