About this house rental
Enjoy sitting out on the beach or on 1 of the decks watching the sunrise or the dolphins swim by. Sit in the hot tub while listening to the waves. Kids can safely play on this private street. We offer the following; all bed linens, bath & hand towels, hand soap, Coffee pot/Keurig maker, fully stocked kitchen, washer & dryer, laundry soap, toilet tissue (2 per bathroom), dishwasher and dishwashing liquid, a few kitchen trash bags, smart TV’s in living room and bedrooms, crockpot, stockpot, blender and all kitchen utensils, ping pong, arcade game machine with 12 games and other toys and games. Pets are welcome too. Views of the ocean & beach from the living-room and 3 of the bedrooms. Great for dolphin watching. Outside shower for washing up after a day at the beach. Close to Seaview Pier. The property presents well. We have been renting beach houses for 30 years and this one clearly stands out above all the rest. The house was very clean with thoughtful touches throughout to remind you that the owners really care that you have a memorable experience. The house is very well stocked in the kitchen and well organized. The owners communicated quickly and clearly. I personally prefer the reverse floor plan and the views do not disappoint. If you are on the fence concerning the road in front, don’t be. It’s actually closer to the beach than most beachfront houses we have stayed at and it’s easier to walk on the street than through hot sand. If I had to pick a negative, it would be the street light next to the house at night. Having said that, this will not keep us from returning!

Laura’s a great host and answered any questions we had immediately. Her beach house is such a gem! You cant beat the proximity to the beach and private beach access. Rooms are exactly as pictured. We loved being on the quieter side of Topsail while still being an easy drive to Surf City. Finding shark teeth became a new hobby! We also really appreciated the beach cart, chairs, and all the sand toys. The hose attachment to the outdoor shower is a huge plus if you are bringing your pup. (Loved having a hot water option for the outdoor shower as well). We could not have asked for a better trip!
