With the elevator, accessing every level of the home is easy and convenient. **Elevator reliable but not guaranteed** Private pool can be heated for an additional $300 non-refundable fee during mid to late March - June 1 and September 1 - November 1 (weather and outdoor temperature permitting); 3-to-4-day notice required prior to your arrival date.

Parking instructions:
Parking for 4-5 cars, depending on size. Any additional vehicles that do not fit at the property must park in paid public parking.
**INCLUDED: WIFI, fully stocked kitchen, paper goods and ALL linens, including all bedding + bath + beach towels to save you the hassle/cost of renting them separately ($200-300+ value)! When you arrive, beds will be made with crisp, fresh linens and complete sets of fluffy towels will be available. A backpack style cooler, beach chairs and accessories are also provided for your enjoyment. Please use a backpack cooler for the beach to minimize sand dune damage from dragging coolers or carts.
You must be 25 years or older to rent this property.
*Please notify our office if you're planning to bring a pet as the following pet policy will apply: A maximum of 2 pets are permitted. Pet fee is $250 plus tax per pet. Pet fee will be added after booking. No dogs allowed without prior approval and payment of a non-refundable pet fee, per pet. Undisclosed dogs will incur a minimum $300 fine plus tax. Violation of our 2-pet maximum policy will incur a minimum of $300 plus tax charge, per pet, plus the tenant will be in material breach of the lease and grounds for eviction will apply. The pet must be removed from the premises immediately, and your reservation may be canceled with no refund given.
**Please note: All service animals and emotional support animals must be disclosed at the time of booking to allow the agent to collect records and documentation to support the request in accordance with all state and federal laws. A pet fee will NOT be charged for true Service Animals.**
Dogs are permitted on the beach, provided they are on a leash no longer than 20 feet. You must clean up after your pet, and complimentary bags are provided at beach accesses.
Sea Scape requires that all reservations have a signed rental agreement that will be sent to you via text message after booking. Once you've booked your stay, you will have 48 hrs. to complete the rental agreement to confirm your stay. Sea Scape reserves the right to cancel your booking if the rental agreement is not completed within 48hrs.

Reasonably priced and Outstanding views. When I needed anything there was no hesitation and when we added additional nights there wasn't any greed like we have experienced elsewhere. Strongly recommend this place and SeaScape thank you!

We really enjoyed this house when our family gathered to welcome the MEU back home. Only a 30 - 35 minute drive to the base. Perfect location on the strip to seem very quiet and easy access to the beach. Great view of the beach and the marsh. The seating was plenty and comfortable for out family to sit around and talk. Breakfast bar seating for extra people to be close. The large family table was perfect and the deck table and chairs were a great place to enjoy coffee and sunrise. The back decks overlooking the marsh were great also.
It was very clean and well stocked with cookware and a great walk in pantry to keep supplies out of the way but easy to get to.
Highly recommend this house.

The elevator was out of order when we arrived. It took until the next day to have it fixed. (It was inoperable…nothing we did). So we had to schlep all the food up four very steep flights of stairs. The refrigerator was way too small to accommodate food and drinks for eight people. There were very few serving pieces (bowls and platters) cooking utensils, pots and pans and many of them were broken or in bad shape. The washer and dryer were stackable units that ran 24/7 in order to accommodate all the laundry for 8 adults.
On the plus side, the house was decorated nicely, the beds were comfortable and the views were lovely.
I would not rent this unit again unless there were changes made to accommodate a large group.
PS. This is not anybody’s fault, but you cannot sit on the deck facing the ocean view and have a conversation. The road noise is terrible!
