Light, bright and cozy! Describes this large family home! Come see the added touches as we slowly update this sweet house. Wonderful location near the west end of Main Street and yet tucked away in your own oasis. This is a perfect spot to call home during your travels through and around Fredericksburg! Four large bedrooms, 2 upstairs and 2 down, 3 boasting king beds and one with a double and twin bed, which gives lots of comfortable sleeping space for the whole family or a girls' weekend! After a day scouting the shops, checking out the wineries or visiting the Elephant Preserve, this home is a must for either relaxing in a comfy rocking chair on the front porch, or sipping a glass of wine in the back and playing a game of Bocce Ball!

- Quiet Time is from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am, per City Ordinance
- If we are called due to complaints violating Quiet Time:
1st Offense will result in a $250 fine.
2nd Offense will result in a $500 fine.
If police are called, you are responsible for any fines or fees issued with the citation or warning. If police are called there will be a $500 fine, even if no citation is issued.
Due to the Hill Country location of our rentals, you may encounter wildlife (Snakes, Deer, Raccoons, Squirrels, Possum, Birds (including Hawks), ETC). Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night, and supervise your children at all times while they are outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control services on a regular basis BUT this does not guarantee pests or bugs will not be visible. This includes but is not limited to: ants, snakes, spiders, scorpions, beetles/roaches/water-bugs, mice, or flies.

We spent a weekend at this house. Four of us getting together for the first time in a long time. The four bedrooms with comfortable beds were a huge plus. The living room large enough for a group to lay around on a rainy day. We were sorry that the two Keurig coffee makers didn't work, but we figured out how to work around that. The house is very pretty although the bathroom and the upstairs really needs some work. The shower looks like a cave lol! The beds were all super comfortable. The only thing that was a little unnerving was the company that handles his property wouldn't give us an address until the minute. The house had been cleaned and we were approved to go in. Coming from long distance away that was a little strange and very uncomfortable, but it all worked out OK in the long run. So, good place.

The house was nice but when we booked in late 2025 some items are no linger at the house as was described, hot tub, Kuerig as some examples. The pictures showed both these items at one time. The microwave is too small to put a dinner plate in and none of the fans worked in the downstairs bathrooms. These were disappointments.
So close to downtown and it fit my family ok. The upstairs bathroom should note you have to shower sideways lol
