Nestled in the quaint German town of Fredericksburg, our home offers an unexpected taste of Tuscany, inspired by our Italian roots and love for both the Tuscan region of Italy and the beautiful Texas Hill Country. The house features 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, a large sectional w/ a pull out bed, a makeup counter, hot tub, fire pit, pool table, dart board, corn hole and much more!

Also, please note we have routine spa maintenance scheduled midweek. Typically, maintenance will take roughly 15 minutes, and the spa will be available for use after the service is completed.
If you're considering bringing a furry friend along, kindly be aware we do have a $50 pet fee per pet. Please remember to inform us in advance if you plan to bring a pet.

Well designed space. Property manager was very communicative. The only negative was some of the dishes that had been put away were not clean, but this could've been the previous renter. Also some of the remotes were missing batteries but we did not use the TV much while there. I would probably rent this property again.

Excellent property! Great backyard w lots of seating. Most everything you need is supplied including 3 different types coffee makers & lots of coffee. Beds comfortable & very nice pillows. No complaints.

We had the best time during our stay! The owners have thought of everything you might need and more! The place was so clean and the beds were super comfy! Would consider booking here again!
