We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. It was perfect for our sister in law"s 50th birthday. The beds were all very comfortable and the sheets were amazing. My friends and I celebrated my 40th here and it was just what I’d hoped for. The house was spacious and clean and just as described. The rooms were spacious and the master even had a fireplace, making it such a cozy place to wake up. The location was an easy drive from the busy part of main which was great. Communication was very easy and getting into the house couldn’t have been more convenient. Would absolutely stay here again

We loved this home! Three generations of women celebrating a 75th bday in Fredericksburg. Immaculate and well appointed. Each bedroom had a comfortable King size bed. It was raining so we weren’t able to use the fire pit & adorable yard but the furniture was comfortable for lounging & chatting over wine & charcuterie.Quiet neighborhood. Highly recommend!

I can't say enough amazing things about this property! The host really outdid themselves. We had everything we could possibly want and then some! The bedrooms were perfect, comfy and quiet - such a great neighborhood and close to everything. We enjoyed the backyard, sitting around the firepit after a night out! Two separate sitting areas inside was great for spreading out as well! We can't wait to go back, this is the perfect place for families or a girls trip! Thank you for making our trip so amazing!

Stayed here for the 2024 solar eclipse! Booked waaay early. Marissa was quick to respond to any questions we had, from booking through during our stay. The house is just lovely, plenty of space to spread out, 2 separate living room areas. Dogs will LOVE the spacious fenced yard - as will people, there is plenty of seating, nice mix of sun and shade, a grill and fire pit, and cute string lights. Just 3 blocks from the main street but very quiet. Felt very private. Would definitely stay here again when we come back to Fredericksburg!

We are a group of moms (5 of us) who needed a weekend getaway. This house was perfect for us! The beds are very comfortable and the sunroom is perfect for morning coffee. The host was wonderful! She was attentive, friendly and very helpful. It’s a quick, $8 (for a group of 5) Uber ride to the shopping part of Main Street. We all plan to stay at this house again in the future!

This house was beautiful! It was the perfect amount of “girly” for a girls weekend while still not feeling girl specific. It felt soft and inviting. Just like those beds! It was really cared for and thought over. I loved everything about it!
