– Office nook, washer/dryer
– Huge master suite with queen bed, blackout curtains, smart TV, and a luxurious ensuite with whirlpool tub + tiled shower
– Second bedroom with full bed and closet
🌳 Outdoor Perks:
Relax on the front porch under a blooming spring tree while birds visit the feeder. Nature meditation cards and calming extras are provided to help you unwind.
🛏️ The home comfortably sleeps 4 guests in beds (queen + full). For flexibility, up to 1 additional guest may sleep on one of the sectional couches.

Excellent location near shopping, Top Golf, etc but in a quiet neighborhood. Comfortable beds, clean space. Host was very easy to get a hold of and was very helpful when we accidentally left a bag in the condo. Would definitely stay here again!

Lovely property with many amenities. Slightly difficult to find the property within the neighborhood because we arrived at night and couldn’t see the house number well. Other than that everything was great and the host was very generous by leaving treats and a toiletries basket which came in super helpful when we forgot deodorant and a toothbrush

Lovely townhome in a quiet neighborhood. We felt very welcome in the home. We had one small issue but was addressed promptly. Property owner was very friendly and responded quickly to questions.When I look for a place to stay in the Des Moines area, it's all about location for me. This was perfect! Easy access to shopping, dining and Topgolf.
