Welcome to WDSM!
Spacious unit with open floor plan located on the third floor (access via stairs only), two private bathrooms, & large private patio overlooking green views. Take an Insta selfie or best friend group photo in the beautiful 7ft mirror. Relax on the comfortable modern furniture & hook up to our super-fast gig speed Wi-Fi. Large 65" TV in the living room and smart TVs in each bedroom and the primary bedroom has a king size bed.! Free tanning bed, pool access, and gym!
Detached garage included steps away from secured entrance. Full W/D in unit
Quiet neighborhood, walking/biking trails, & dog park located on site.
Close to everything West Des Moines, Des Moines and surrounding cities has to offer.
Please note there is a Ring Doorbell security camera located at the front door and a Minut Noise device inside the unit to monitor noise levels, temperature and smoke detector- this device does NOT record audio. Its purpose is to help prevent noise complaints from neighboring units. There are no cameras inside the property.

Cascades House Rules:
1. No pets allowed. Kindly inform us if you will be accompanied by a service animal
2. Absolutely NO food or colored drinks on furniture. Water is alright. Use kitchen & kitchen table.
3. No Shoes on furniture.
4. No guests staying over the amount in booking.
5. Please respect space & have a great stay
We have posted house rules in the unit, but this is just a gentle reminder—not meant to be taken personally. It’s simply to ensure our units stay up to standard and to share friendly tips.
Charges/Fees:
1. Smoking Fee - $150
2. Tampering with owners closet - $100
3. Tampering with Minut noise alarm and/or Ring Doorbell security camera- $150
4. High noise level during quiet hours (10:00 pm - 7:00 am) - $100
5. Excessive trash & debris (unit, patio or garage) - $75
6. Excessive amount of dirty dishes - $25
7. Damaged furniture, appliances, electronics
8. Forgotten items can be shipped with $100 + shipping and handling costs
9. Late check out can be accommodated until 12:30 pm for $50. Failure to check out without prior notice will result in a $100 charge.
10. Additional guest after confirmed booking is $15 per person.

Great condo, everything as advertised. The location is fantastic as it super close to shopping and many restaurants. The check in was smooth and all questions were covered in the house manual. The property very clean and was well stocked with everything you might need and the beds were very comfortable.

A comfortable apartment that met our needs while competing in the National Senior Games. The three flights of stairs could be a challenge for anyone with mobility issues. The surrounding area is very nice, quiet and convenient to restaurants and stores. Wi-Fi access is easy and the kitchen is well stocked with dishes and cooking equipment.
