About this house rental
In the heart of Provence, perched on a hillside between the sea and the mountains, Tourrettes is a charming Provençal village with an authentic character.
Set in a quiet and residential countryside environment, Villa Minatur is a delightful property with a swimming pool, surrounded by a beautifully landscaped and enclosed garden.
You will enjoy a peaceful and relaxing setting, while remaining within reasonable distance of the beaches and iconic destinations of the French Riviera.
The property features a lovely entrance with an electric gate and several private parking spaces inside.
Inside the villa
• A fully equipped kitchen
• A bright living room with flat-screen TV and ADSL Wi-Fi connection
• Two bedrooms with double beds
• Two bathrooms
An adjoining studio, independent from the main house, completes the property and includes:
• One double bed
• A private bathroom
Outdoor areas
The outdoor spaces have been thoughtfully designed to make the most of the Provençal climate:
• A covered terrace with outdoor lounge and dining area
• A beautiful swimming pool, surrounded by large sun terraces and several sun loungers
• Multiple shaded relaxation areas
• A landscaped garden, where only the birdsong will accompany your stay
Also at your disposal:
• A barbecue
• A table tennis table
• Two outdoor lounge areas
• Sun loungers and parasols
Heated pool option
The swimming pool can be heated upon request, to be arranged at the time of booking or at least 10 days before arrival.
This optional service is available at a rate of €200 per week (from April to October).

We had a very nice stay in this villa in a small recently developped neighbourhood near the beautiful provencal villages of Fayence and Tourrettes. The house is quite well decorated and equiped. We loved the terrace and swimming pool in the lovely, big garden.
We were a little suprised not having towels with the villa, but were very friendly received by Valerie and here father.
