Located on the heights of Tourrettes de Fayence, you will enjoy a peaceful stay for you and your family. With a private swimming pool of 12m x 6m (deep pool and small bath), all amenities, shops, restaurants and villages (Tourrettes and Fayence) are nearby (5 minutes on foot). The Villa with an area of more than 130 m2 includes 1 large living room, 1 kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 shower room, laundry room and separate WC. There is no opposite (land of 10,000 M2). You will have a large terrace with breathtaking views of the village and the Estérel. A second terrace with barbecue offers you to spend pleasant moments for meals and breakfasts. In the evening, you will enjoy the magnificent view of the church and the villages which are carefully lit. In the valley you will find a 10-minute drive from all the major retail chains. But also an equestrian center, a golf course, a dance hall, and all personal services.
Located 15 minutes from Lake Saint Cassien, 30 minutes to Cannes and Saint-Raphaël to access the beaches.

The host was very welcoming and helpful in all matters. Enjoyed staying in this lovely traditional French home, that provided wonderful views with all necessary amenities, many pleasurable hours spent in the private pool. Walking distance to 2 delightful towns, that have a variety of restaurants and entertainment, along with a traditional market held frequently.

We had a great 2 weeks at the property with our 3 boys (12, 10 & 8). The setting and pool were fantastic and the two villages within an easy walk from the villa. The villa was comfortable and had everything we needed. It was hot at night, especially in the top loft room but the electric fans did help.
The nearby lake was great with paddle boards, canoes and pedalos. Lots of big supermarkets near to the property too.
Communication with the owner was great and very straightforward.

We loved our two week stay. Michele was a fabulous and friendly host. Nothing too much trouble. We stayed with two teenagers and grandma. We did need a car as the walk to the local restaurants in Tourettes and Fayence was too steep for grandma. We had lovely evenings on the terrace and the kids loved the pool.

Lovely property, but be aware of steep drive. Overall a very pleasant stay with fantastic views walking distance to twin villages of Tourettes and Fayence.
