About this villa rental
470 Captain's Walk is an oceanfront villa located in Palmetto Dunes Plantation with sweeping ocean views that greet you as you walk through the front door. Tile flooring runs throughout the living areas, kitchen and bathrooms. The beautiful kitchen features granite counter tops, new cabinetry and stainless steel appliances.
The dining area, located just off the kitchen, features seating for six with an additional two barstools at the kitchen counter bar. The living area features plenty of comfortable seating with two couches and two club chairs, as well as a large flat screen TV and a DVD player. The private balcony can be accessed through sliding doors off the living area.
The master suite features ocean views, a king bed, and a flat screen TV. The private master bathroom features a separate vanity area with double sinks and granite countertops. Through another door, you’ll find the large walk-in tiled shower. The second bedroom, located just down the hall from the master, features two queen beds and a flat screen TV. The bathroom can be accessed through the hall or the bedroom and features a tub/shower combination.
With each building parallel to the dunes, you will feel immersed in the sand and surf. Paved walkways on the grounds converge on the oceanfront pool and private beach boardwalk with showers. These villas are conveniently located next to the Omni Oceanfront Resort which has specialty shops and restaurants.

We loved our stay at 470 Captain's Walk! The view was incredible. We also loved how close it was to the beach. It had everything we needed. We would definitely stay there again.

Immediate need of new toaster. Wires loose on right side so it sparked, smoked and burnt the bread. Fire hazard. Also only 4 glasses of which one had a big chunk of glass out of rim, another safety hazard. Coffee pot worked but appearance was awful, warmer plate has seen better days. Only 2 frying pans and the handle on large one was very loose. Again, seen it’s better days. Except for toaster, these are minor fixes and small money especially for the price being charged for this condo. This was 4th time staying at this complex, different condo, so we love the view and ease to beach fromthis complex.. This condo just needed a few minor replacements.

The condo was clean and remodeled. Rented through Palmetto Dunes resort office which always works out better than the owner trying to manage the rental. The pool and bbq grills are well maintained. This is a very good spot for a beach vacation and a lot of golf options close by.
