Welcome to 453 Captains Walk!
This 5th floor property offers spectacular panoramic views of the ocean from both the living room and the master bedroom. The villa offers tile floors leading from the entry way and throughout the kitchen, living and dining room. The bedrooms are carpeted.
The fully equipped kitchen has beautiful antique maple glazed cabinetry and granite countertops. In the back of the kitchen is the washer and dryer. The dining room has a farmhouse wood table that seats six and a mirror accent wall. The living room is elegantly appointed with an ocean blue sofa, matching loveseat, coastal printed accent chair and a 55” Roku TV. The sliding doors open to a covered balcony with a table for four and stunning views of the ocean.
The guest bedroom has two full-size beds and a 40” TV. The bathroom has a single, granite topped vanity and a tub/shower combo. It can be accessed from the guest bedroom or the hall. The master bedroom has inviting views from a wall of windows and provides access to the balcony shared with the living room.
