410 Captains Walk - An oceanfront villa awaits you for your next island getaway. Updates galore shine in this two-bedroom, two-bath Captains Walk villa complete with new stainless-steel appliances, an upgraded kitchen, and granite countertops. New floors also complete this beautiful condo providing panoramic views of the beach and Atlantic Ocean. Take in a day at the beach, while sitting on your balcony and enjoying the sound of the waves and beach breeze. Lovely hardwood floors throughout and an open floor plan with great bedroom separation.
The fully equipped kitchen has granite countertops, stainless steel appliances including a flat top stove, and in the back corner is a stacked, front-loading Whirlpool washer and dryer. The adjacent dining room has an oval wood table that seats six. In the living room relax on the tan sectional or mint green swivel chair while watching a movie on the mounted 65” TV all while enjoying the views of palm trees and the ocean. The sliding door opens to a covered balcony that has a high-top table for four plus two additional chairs. This is a great place for your morning coffee or evening glass of wine.
To the left of the entrance is where you will find the bedrooms. The guest bedroom has two double beds and a mounted 32” TV. The bathroom can be accessed from the hall or the guest room and has a single granite topped vanity and tub/shower combo. At the opposite end of the hall is the master suite with a king bed, 36” TV, ocean views, and access to the balcony. The ensuite bath has a wraparound single vanity with lots of storage space and a walk-in shower.
Palmetto Dunes is one of the premiere areas of Hilton Head Island and has three miles of beach, three signature golf courses, world-renowned tennis, and an 11-mile lagoon system where guests can kayak, canoe and fish. You cant beat the location, walk to beach, the grounds are beautiful and pool was fun. Condo nicely decorated. But maintenance issues. Hall bathroom lock didnt work and the master bedroom deck lock was impossible. The worst was the mold issue in the hall bath caused the whole place to smell and cause allergies. They are aware of the issue because they have a dry water bag hanging in the bathroom and the pictures and mirror had mold on them
Had to sleep with windows open so that we werent sick in the morning. They also had cheap air fresheners all over to try and cover up the smell. Dont rent if you are bothered by mold!
