About this house rental
This oasis of tranquillity promises you restful and rejuvenating holidays. Come with family or friends to enjoy a breath of fresh air in Mousterlin, a highly sought-after district of Fouesnant. This architect-designed house is located not far from the beaches, at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, peace assured. It will be the ideal place for a moment of respite. Its outdoor space offers you a multitude of possibilities: savour breakfast on the terrace, play table tennis, enjoy grilled food, treat yourself to a swim in the heated pool or simply gather around a cup of coffee.
The interior is equally pleasant, recently renovated and tastefully decorated, you will find everything you need. The kitchen is very well equipped, it has a refrigerator, an oven, a dishwasher, a freezer, a coffee maker, a deep fryer, a toaster and a kettle. It opens onto the large dining table where you can share hearty stews and pleasant moments. Next, you will find the living room, its red wall makes it a warm corner where you will enjoy relaxing in front of the television or the stove as soon as the first cool weather arrives.
Once night falls, you can snuggle up in one of the 4 bedrooms in the house. The first is located on the ground floor, it will be ideal for a couple with its king-size bed. Upstairs, you will find 2 other bedrooms with queen-size beds, and the last one will be perfect for children or a family with a bunk bed, a double bed and a work or play area.
For added convenience, the house has a bathroom, two shower rooms, two separate toilets, a hairdryer, a washing machine and you will have three spaces to park your vehicles.
The heated swimming pool, maintained between 26 and 27°C, is open from 1 June to 15 September.

Loved the property. Very bright and spacious. The pool was great on the hot days.Kitchen had everything we needed and was functional with a dishwasher. It is in a great location. Very quiet but close to the beach and other places of interest like Benedot or Concarneau. The grounds were lovely and well planted. We loved sitting out and looking at the fields. We would recommend the property.

The house and pool were very good. Things that could have been better, were only 4 sun loungers for 6 people. There was only a small 3seater sofa in the lounge area.It took 2 days to sort out dish washer due to an electrical re-set button and the first time I sat on a dining chair it collapsed. These are things that should have been noted by Hoomy before our arrival.We enjoyed our holiday.

Nice big house with large rooms and plenty of space. Lovely heated pool which was well used. House is situated in a quiet residential area.
