Ideally located in the heart of the lovely Beg Meil district in Fouesnant, this 3*** furnished house benefits from an exceptional seafront location, just 100 metres from the beach and the GR34 coastal path, inviting you to very beautiful hikes and 500 metres from the slipway and shops. With a surface area of 130 m², it has been completely renovated and offers all the comfort necessary to accommodate up to 8 travellers. Perfectly equipped, it is ideal for holidays with family or friends. You will appreciate its beautiful enclosed garden with fitted terrace, outdoor furniture, barbecue and plancha, perfect for enjoying the soft summer evenings.
Inside, discover a large, bright living space beautifully decorated, with direct access to the terrace and garden. The open and modern kitchen is fully equipped (refrigerator, freezer, microwave, oven, induction hob, dishwasher and raclette machine) and has everything you need to prepare your meals, as well as a kettle, toaster, filter coffee maker and Senseo machine for breakfast. Share your meals around the table for 8 people or enjoy the terrace in fine weather. In the evening, gather in the lounge area, comfortably settled on the sofa facing the television.
The accommodation has 4 bedrooms:
Bedroom 1 – ground floor: a Queen Size bed (160x200 cm), a clothes rail and access to the terrace
Bedroom 2 – upstairs: a Queen Size bed (160x200 cm), a desk, a storage shelf and access to the balcony
Bedroom 3 – upstairs: a Queen Size bed (160x200 cm), a wardrobe and access to the balcony
Bedroom 4 – upstairs: two single beds (90x200 cm) and a wardrobe.
The house has two bathrooms, one on the ground floor with a shower, the second on the first floor with a shower and bathtub, both equipped with a hairdryer. The two toilets are separate for added comfort.
A washer-dryer, a travel cot, a high chair, a clothes airer as well as an iron and an ironing board are at your disposal.
The accommodation does not have private parking, but several free spaces are available in the residential complex car park. An electric vehicle charging point is available, as well as a secure shelter for storing your bicycles.
