About this house rental
You will be seduced by this bright architect-designed house, located 700 m from the lively town of Beg Meil (bars, restaurants, shops, bakery, maritime shuttle to Concarneau and the Glenan islands) and 900 m from the wide Kerambigorn beach. You will appreciate the calm of this house at the end of a private cul-de-sac, without car noise or traffic: you only hear the birdsong! The house offers spacious rooms and was completely renovated in 2023 (all the bedding and furniture are new). From the vast Victorian-style bow window, you will enjoy a panoramic view of a magnificent 1000m2 garden with flowers and trees ending in a charming stream in the middle of the greenery. The terrace allows meals for 8 people. Deckchairs are at your disposal to enjoy the garden. Your bikes can be stored in a closed garden shed.
The ground floor consists of:
- A large living room opening onto the terrace, with a dining area (large table for 8 people), a lounge in the bow window (2 3-seater sofas and 2 armchairs) and a fully equipped kitchen (new crockery, Nespresso coffee maker …)
- 2 double bedrooms with 160 cm beds
- A completely redone bathroom, with walk-in shower
- A separate toilet
- A scullery with a 2nd fridge-freezer, a washing machine and a dryer
The floor includes:
- A double bedroom (160 cm bed)
- A twin room (two 90 cm beds that can be joined into a single King Size 180 cm bed)
- A large mezzanine with TV area (Smart TV, free access to Netflix and Prime Video), a reading corner (comic book library) and a teleworking space
- A bathroom with shower
- A separate toilet
Beg Meil is a little paradise at the heart of the “Breton Riviera”, a seaside resort renowned for over 100 years for the beauty and variety of its landscapes.
