This stylishly furnished apartment is quietly located in one of Lugano’s most exclusive neighbourhoods and comfortably sleeps four guests. Situated on the 2nd floor, this contemporary property enjoys a sunny terrace and shared use of the building\'s indoor swimming pool. Overlooking the pretty resident’s garden, with views of the mountains beyond, the terrace provides the perfect spot for alfresco dining or simply relaxing with a book. The communal garden provides guests with shared BBQ facilities, a swing and a ping-pong table.
Inside the spacious, open-plan living area is furnished with two ample sofas, a coffee table, a wood burner and a dining table and chairs for 8. The fully fitted kitchen is separated from the living space with an island and is equipped with a microwave, oven, induction hob, coffee machine, Nespresso machine, American fridge freezer.
