This lovingly, renovated ground floor Sea Woods Condo. Just steps from the beach, and nestled among 53 acres of moss-draped trees, Sea Woods is a beautiful villa & condo complex located directly across the street to the no-drive beach. Amenities galore there are 3 pools one heated, tennis courts, gym, sauna, clubhouse, and walking trails.
This beautiful 1 bedroom/1-bathroom condo is located on the ground floor with plenty of parking. The large open living room has a view to the outside screened in patio area with outdoor seating and has a lovely common area out back with plenty of room for kids/pets to play or just relax read a book after the beach , enjoy drinks or your morning coffee. There are also 2 comfy armchairs In the living room to watch the large flat-screen TV as well as the couch which opens into an extra bed sleeping an additional two if needed. The dining room table can seat 6 and is at the other end of the room next to the fully loaded open kitchen. If you love to cook there is plenty of counter space. The master bedroom offers a new comfy king size bed and bedside tables with lights, a bureau dresser, and a large flat-screen TV is also in this bedroom and a closet.The sliding glass doors to the outside patio offers plenty of natural light. The master full bath is en-suite and can also be accessed from the living room. It's a very cozy,
comfortable vacation rental by the beach.

Come eat at our local restaurants like JB’s Fish Camp right on the salt river and enjoy spotting for dolphins and manatees while you and your family enjoy lunch or dinner.
You can visit our local attractions like the Marine Discovery Center to go on boat tours, and learn more about the marine life here.
We have great restaurants, unique shops, art and antique shops on palm lined Canal Street. Saturdays oldie cars are parked along the street along with a farmers market, quaint restaurants to sit outside and enjoy the weather. Historical Flagler Ave
has small unique shops painted in all different colors, lots of eateries and has beach access to drive on the beach all the way to 27th street and north to the jetty if you want to fish. You can park on the beach it's wide.

We had a great stay at New Smyrna. Our lab was grateful to come with us! The bathroom is nicely updated & the ease of the hardwood floors were great. Plenty of space for just my husband & I for a week. While we didn’t use the kitchen, to many great places to eat, it looked like it was stocked nicely and ready to use. Everything was clean & the area is very nice and quiet!

This condo is fully equipped with everything you need Super comfortable bed ,which is usually an issue while staying places. The unit was completely comfortable ! We slept like babies!It was clean and had plenty of towels essentials Very spacious and private

This area has spotty cell service and there is a problem with the lock on the front door. Upon exiting the property we were not able to lock it. We had immediately put in calls to the property manager but they would not go through while at the property. I have AT & T and never experienced this any where and I travel a lot.Finally got through to them the next morning.The kitchen faucet was spewing water from the base, another maintenance issue. Someone tried to fix it but said a plumber was needed and being a holiday weekend it wasn’t going to get fixed for a few days. The battery was replaced in the lock but that did not solve the problem and we had to take all our belongings whenever we left the property. I let the property manager know about the lock again today. It was a stressful and disappointing stay.
