We are under a 10 min drive to pier 60 and the Clearwater Marine Aquarium.

There are two propane tanks on the roof and one spare on in the garage. We do our best to keep them filled. If the tanks run out, you can get refills and send me the receipt for reimbursement. We do not always have someone available for propane deliveries.

DEC HOLIDAYS
The December Holidays are split into two 6 night minimums. Christmas week and New Years week. Guests booking Christmas week (prior to Dec 25th) MUST be checked out by December 28th. Any reservations made that cross between the two holiday weeks may lead to cancellation if alternate arrangements can’t be made.
SECURITY CAMERA
There is a ring camera on the front door to monitor who comes and goes for security purposes only. We do not wish to be invasive at all during your stay.

This property was very nice and well kept. It has a very nice main bedroom with a nice bathroom. The kitchen is well equipped. The location was great as well. The host was very responsive. We had a great stay for Mother's Day weekend. I will stay her again.

We had an amazing stay and really enjoyed all the amenities it offered ! The pictures doesn’t do it justice it’s just so beautiful and within walking distance to shops, restaurants and the beach! Would highly recommend staying here for anyone looking in the Clearwater beach area! We were very pleased and felt at home there! Camille was very attentive to anything we would send her and was super helpful and a joy to work with!
