About this house rental
This home is actually on the island of CLEARWATER BEACH and ON THE WATER with a large private dock. CLEARWATER BEACH has been named as one of the top 25 beaches in the WORLD and the #1 BEACH IN THE U.S. MANY TIMES. Come enjoy the island life with our fabulous beaches and gorgeous warm Gulf of Mexico waters. Don't be fooled by the ads which are in 'nearby' communities or 'near' the water. This 1940's Clearwater Beach home has all the modern updates. Charming wood floors throughout. Three bedroom, two bath, split plan. Large rooms. Lovely furnishings complete with 2 king-size beds, 1 queen bed, and one single bed. Fabulous views of Clearwater Bay. Fully-equipped open kitchen.
Full size washer and dryer in laundry room. Linens, dishes, cookware, and many amenities are provided. Formal dining room. Florida room/porch. Garage with genie. Fenced yard on the water. Owner has been a Realtor in Clearwater for many years. I would be happy to get any information on the area for you.
Fishing from deepwater dock. Great entertainment watching the dolphins and boats. 5 minute walk to world-famous sugar white sands of Clearwater Beach, many fine restaurants, tourist attractions, etc. You can see the Clearwater Marine Science Center and Aquarium from our dock. This is where our local movie star, WINTER the DOLPHIN from Dolphin Tale once lived.
Lots of activity if you want it or just a quiet beach house if you prefer. Million dollar views in a multi million dollar neighborhood! Listed rates may vary depending upon which week, our bookings, and calendar events. . 3 day rental minimum. We are on the Duke Energy "Energy Wise" program that keeps the Air Conditioned temp. at a constant 76 degrees and is not changeable.
There is no outside water or hose available on the dock, etc.
NO Smoking is permitted and charges will be assessed for all cleaning and fumigation necessary.

Beautiful location with great views of the water! Super convenient to all Clearwater Beach activities and dining. The fishing from the dock was great fun for all ages we caught sea trout, snapper and a redfish!

We loved our stay. The location of the property was great. We were within walking distance to the beach, restaurants, bars, shops, and Pier 60. We were even able to spot a dolphin while we were sitting out back on the dock! The location was perfect for us, as we were able to walk to everything we needed. The backyard was perfect for our three Yorkshire terrier dogs. They had plenty of room to run around and play. The yard was also fenced in, so we didn't have to worry about them running off.
The property manager was extremely kind and helpful. She ensured that we had everything we needed, and worked with us to accommodate our check out time so that we didn't have to sit around the airport for hours. She was a pleasure to work with and we really appreciated her help.
In summary, we loved the property and will definitely try to get it the next time we visit Clearwater Beach, FL. The property was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The location was perfect, and the property manager was extremely helpful. We would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a great place to stay in Clearwater Beach!

This property was exactly as advertised. Easy check in and check out process. Owner was very nice and answered any questions promptly.
A very convenient and walkable location in Clearwater beach. Beds we’re comfortable. Any amenities we needed for our stay (linens, towels) were clean and available.
Would highly recommend.
