This family friendly condo offers a full kitchen that boasts stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and bonus seating at the breakfast bar. Dine together at the table fit for six before retiring to the comfortable living room to enjoy a group movie night on the large flatscreen smart TV.
Our waterfront condo is located on the 4th floor featuring 1800 sq ft and accommodating 10 lucky guests.
Our bed layout offers a King size bed in the primary bedroom with an ensuite bathroom that has a shower and a separate soaking tub. Second bedroom has 2 Queen size beds and third bedroom has a king size bed and a twin bunk bed. There is a full bathroom with a shower/tub combo in the hallway that the other two bedrooms share.
This unit was recently completely remodeled with high-end everything including furniture, appliances, AC and heating systems, smart TVs in each room, patio furniture for guests to enjoy on the large balcony, and so much more!
Harborview Grande is a newer condominium with elevator access, a heated pool and hot tub, and is just steps away from South Clearwater Beach. This property is located facing the canal/on the Intercoastal and is only a 3 minute walk to the sand. This pedestrian-friendly beach community offers everything from beach combing to water sports to food and live music.
Fun-loving Clearwater Beach, often referred to as the "Best Beach Town in Florida," is where sun-seekers come to stay and play. This area is kid-friendly with mini golf, the beach, ice cream, and many fun activities all within walking distance. Every thing was great. We fell in love with the room. This will be a must when we come back. Hopefully they have bigger ones that can sleep 10-11 people We loved the colors of the walls and flooring. Would love to know what colors they are if possible

We had a really enjoyable stay. The unit is very spacious and super nice with a great view. All of the beds are very comfortable. The complex itself is in a great area and it is easy to walk to most places. We would definitely visit again

My sister, daughters, granddaughter and I recently stayed at Harborview Oasis in Clearwater for a 5 day getaway. The best part of the condo was the balcony. It offered a beautiful view of the inlet (although we never saw dolphins) and in the morning, a stunning sunrise. There was plenty of seating on the balcony however the cushions on the loveseat and chairs were less than plush and comfortable. The living and dining rooms and kitchen were open with plenty of seating however the lighting was harsh. Under the cabinet lighting or pendants over the island would have offered softer, ambient lighting for nighttime. In addition the kitchen needed some basic supplies like a cutting board, colander, and a small dish drain. The master bedroom and bath were spacious, however the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms were less than adequate. There was no natural light coming in because those windows looked out on the communal hall just outside the elevator. Each of those rooms had an overhead light and 1 lamp, but they were not enough to dispel the darkness and gloom of those rooms (we kept the blinds and curtains shut so no one could look in our rooms). The secondary bedrooms were crowded with beds. I understand the concept of ‘heads in beds’ for rental properties, but guests need to be able to navigate the room easily, which you could not do because of the size of the beds. The condo was an easy walk to the beach and the coffee shop and doughnut parlor across the street were terrific.
