If canceled between 61 and 89 days prior to arrival, we keep with us the $1,500.00 deposit.

Condo was a bit dated but clean and roomy. Love the location. Beach is a bit small but we made it work. There were plenty of towels (bath and beach) as well as beach chairs. We did rent a wagon, some chairs and an umbrella. It’s a bit of a treck to the beach so the wagon was helpful. Pool is amazingly big but association won’t let you use floats.

First time on siesta key and this property was perfect. Next to one of the two bridges to the island. The view from our 9th floor condo was spectacular. What we really enjoyed was that both bedrooms open onto the balcony with sliding door walls. The village area on siesta key was a great place to spend time.
