If canceled 90 days or more before arrival, we keep with us $250.00. $1,250.00 will be refunded.
If canceled between 61 and 89 days prior to arrival, we keep with us the $1,500.00 deposit.

This is the best resort we have stayed at on Siesta Key. We have stayed at a few others. So much to do and the grounds are well kept and beautiful. From the luxury condo to the channel to watch dolphins, fish and watch boats to the huge heated pool in front to the beach access and much more. It’s a great place to stay.

The property was nice and we loved watching the boats go by from the bay. The 9th floor view was also good. Hopefully no other high rises will go up and block the view to the water. Alittle hard crossing the road to the beach but not that bad.
Took the trolley several times around Siesta Key!😄
