We will collect a $1,500 deposit.
Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival
If canceled 90 days or more before arrival, we keep with us $250.00. $1,250.00 will be refunded.
If canceled between 61 and 89 days prior to arrival, we keep with us the $1,500.00 deposit.
No cancellation or modification 60 days or less prior to arrival.

Location is great, right by a trolly stop and across the intersection for all sorts of dining and shopping. We had difficulty unlocking the condo, reached out and it was fixed within minutes. Great amount of space for 5. All the kitchen supplies we needed.

We were very happy and satisfied with this stay! The location....the size, condition and amenities of the condo....communication with the host....the on-site staff was very friendly and helpful.....the grounds were clean and well kept, and the pool was exceptional. There's not one negative thing I can say. Loved it here!!

We had a great family trip & was close to everything we needed! We thought we were closer to the beach when we booked, but just a short walk across the road & we were there!
