If canceled between 61 and 89 days prior to arrival, we keep with us the $1,500.00 deposit.

This is a very good location about a 10 min walk to the beach, close to lots of shopping & restaraunts. A few issues like dirty dishes, very few necessities (TP, soap, shampoo) that are inexpensive but typically available in rentals such as this one. The grill on the porch blows out the breaker so its useless, however the grills in the park area are very nice just not convenient. It is also very noisy with construction, waste mgmt & other things that start as early as 5-6 am! Very nice having the pool table for entertainment when the weather is bad, so overall it is a great place to stay.
