About this house rental
Our rental is declared in the town hall and is classified 3 stars at the Tourist Office of the department.
Ideally located, very quiet on a plot of 1000 square meters, our main house offers you all the comfort you need for a stay in our region.
Our house located in a dead end lane is in a very quiet location.
The wooded and fully fenced garden allows you to have lunch in the open air.
A Carrefour Contact mini-market is within walking distance about 300 m away
Wifi (fiber optic) is at your disposal.
There is no air conditioning.
Bordeaux is 17 km away, classified on the World Heritage List as an Exceptional Urban Ensemble.
You can get there by car, then take the tram at the park and ride on Avenue Thiers to visit the city center and walk along the banks of the Garonne (€4.50 to park the car and allow up to 5 people a return trip by tram: 2022 prices)
From now on, a bus connects Bordeaux about every 10 minutes for 2€. (line 407 at the Le Pavillon carpooling area, 500 m from the house)
The beaches of the Atlantic and Arcachon are about an hour away by car. (climbing the Pyla dune)
The charming medieval village of St Emilion, located in the heart of the famous Bordeaux vineyards, is only about 30 km away.

We were a group of 2 couples - late middle age! We had a lovelt time here - a car probably essential but as we had a car we travelled widely - Bordeaux, Arcachon, Dune du Pilat, St Emilion, Supper on the Dordogne, Creon and South. Weather perfect. Lovely holiday enjoyed.

Good location close to Bordeaux, very nice kitchen, spacious shower. Only thing I would add, is a swimming pool, as you can hear the neighbors jump into their pool :)

This is a beautiful property in a good situation for exploring the beaches of Bordeaux. The vineyards. And the beautiful lakes and villages. Had a lovely morning in St emelion then back to this beautiful house for a chill. The house is so well equipped there is nothing you want for and it is so comfortable. We take our own Netflix and fire stick wherever we go so was lovely to chill with a movie at night. We took our dog who was made very welcome by the fabulous host Jean Luc. The dog and us loved the garden space which was a great size snd very secure and a sun trap with shade. I would recommend this house to anyone and hope one day to come back
