About this house rental
Discover the charm of this shop both modern and vintage, you will enjoy two quiet and relaxing rooms, a pleasant bathroom, walk-in shower, garden furniture for your breakfast and other moments of relaxation. Any type of transport 5 minutes walk away, the boat from Bordeaux metropolis transports you to the banks of the Garonne and drops you off at the city of wine, Chartrons, water mirror, Place Stalingrad and our charming old Lormont. No parking but free spaces in the street. Remember to take your towels. To answer a frequent question there are no bath towels, there is linen for the beds and the kitchen
Security and data protection: For your security and that of the property, an outdoor surveillance camera (video doorbell / security camera) is installed at the main entrance door. It exclusively films the outside access to the house. In accordance with the regulations and to fully respect your privacy, the audio recording (sound) is completely disabled and no images of the interior are captured.
Arrival is from 3 pm and departure is no later than 11 am.
The supermarket is at the end of the street at no single left 100 meters, 5-8mn walk
Tram 5 minutes go down at the beginning of the street turn left
Batcub (boat) start of the street on the right about 10 minutes from works at the bottom of the big descent.

You will find the QR code on the box
For coffee you have two coffee makers, a classic filter coffee maker provided, one with a Senseo paper pod.

Nice, comfortable house in a great location. Close to busses, tram and bateau (boat bus), and easy access to Medoc, St. Emilion, and other regions. The owner, Guillaume, was very responsive and helpful. Parking was not as hard as I thought it might be, but be aware that the side of the street one parks on changes every 2 weeks. We would definitely stay here again!

Had a wonderful week long stay in the house. Not only is it set up with all you expect from a home, but the design is exquisite and the neighborhood quiet with a local feel.
No problem finding a place to park on the street.
I explored the region looking for a house to buy and Lormont is a great location to reach the sea towards Andernos or Libourne and Saint Emilion without facing much traffic.
Communication was easy and timely.
I highly recommend to anyone who wants to work remotely under sunny skies or explore the Bordeaux region.
