You can also find new pickleball courts at the Triangle Village! The spectacular amenities include 2000 linear feet of easily accessible beach with chair and umbrella rentals, on-site 9 hole golf course, on-site pools (two are seasonally heated), tennis, watersport rentals, bike rentals, or dine beachside at Whale’s Tail Bar and Grill just across Scenic Gulf Drive!
Check out Seascape Towne Center located within the Seascape Resort! Featuring shopping, dining, and entertainment, this is a 55,000sf lakeside development designed for the whole family. Your kids will love the outdoor adventure park including a ropes course, you’ll love the unique dining, nightlife and live music venues. With the large events plaza and arcade with laser tag, there’s really no need to step off the resort once you arrive!

Seascape Resort is located close to the Silver Sands Factory Outlet, the nation’s large designer factory outlet featuring more than 100 name brand designer stores. Also close by is the Destin Commons with incredible eateries, upscale shopping, a park with pop up fountains at its center, and favorites like Bass Pro Shops and Hard Rock Cafe.
Grand Boulevard Town Center is a pedestrian-friendly, shopping and dining complex just off Emerald Coast Parkway, convenient to both SanDestin and Miramar Beach. For the high-end shopper, the center offers everything from Fusion Art Glass Gallery to Brooks Brothers Country Club. Located just 685 feet straight out from the Miramar Regional Public Beach access (by Pompano Joe's), it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Dolphin Reef is at a depth of 12-20 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

Our family had a great time staying here for Father's day weekend. It was close to everything we needed and we walked to the beach most of the time. We had everything we needed at the condo.

We arrived and everything was pretty much as advertised. We did find they were lacking in the house keeping department and the unit is in need of updates.The sheets were not changed from previous guest. We had to strip beds at midnight and we spoke to management but they didn’t respond right away. Main bathroom commode has a black mold ring. It was not cleaned before our stay.Unit is also hot and stuffy. Management did say this is not their normal and advised due to the 4th of July holiday things may have been missed.Management said they would have someone look at the AC output in master after we checked out. Beds are not comfortable, you can feel the springs and the twin beds are on wheels. Twin bed roll in the night. Beach access was not as private as we expected. With parking on a main road and no control of who has access it was packed.
