This vacation rental condo is located in Destin, FL at Seascape Resort just steps to the beach and offers an abundance of amenities to complete your Destin-ation vacation! Ariel Dunes II 1705 is an updated 1 bedroom, 1.5 bath beach condo that sleeps 6 with breath-taking views of the beach from the private balcony and ALL common areas. Wake up and enjoy your morning coffee while taking in the beautiful sights of the sugar white sands and Summers breeze from your private balcony on the 17th floor. Upon entering you will find a Gulf view living area with comfortable seating, an HD Smart TV, and queen size sleeper sofa. The private balcony offers spectacular views of the Gulf with plenty of lounge seating and outdoor dining. After a day at the beach, you can easily prepare a home cooked meal with the fully-stocked kitchen or grab a cup of coffee with the Keurig machine. The breakfast bar seats 4. The master king suite offers an HDTV and attached bath. There is also a full bath off the common areas which attaches to the half bath off the master suite. The bunk nook area in the hall offers a twin over twin bunk and is perfect for the kids! A washer and dryer is located in the unit for you added convenience. This Destin vacation rental sleeps a total of 6.
Ariel Dunes II is located in Seascape Resort, a gated beach resort that offers incredible amenities such as, five pools including a zero-entry pool (Ariel Dunes II pool is seasonally heated dependant on weather), eight tennis courts, a sauna, a steam room, a barbecue grill and picnic area, an onsite arcade, conference center, lakes, and is just steps away from the beach. The Cabana Cafe is located on the first floor of the resort for your convenience, so you can grab lunch or dinner. If you are in the mood for Gulf-front dining, walk across the street to the Whale’s Tail restaurant and enjoy fresh seafood and stunning views of the sparkling waters of Destin. You can spend your days lounging poolside or head down to the sugar white sands of the Gulf. Beach service is available. A lovely 18-hole golf course is also within walking distance if you want to practice your swing on the gorgeous greens of Destin.

The condo was exactly as pictured and described. It was very clean! The restaurant and bar below building 1 was perfect for a quick snack and drink when coming back from the beach in the evenings.

The condo was perfect. Great location. About 5 minutes walk to the beach. Please remember to bring or buy all the condiments (salt, sugar, etc) if you are planning to cook here. Also, there is no lock for the bedroom may be it’s for safety reasons? Not sure.
